| How do I get started? |
| Simply fill out the necessary information under Signup. After
submitting your information and web site information, we
will supply you with step by step instructions for installing
and displaying our banners and approved text links. |

| How much do I get paid? |
| We pay you 60% of all
revenue from a member you send to us. Your payment will
be based on the number of sales to the programs sites and
how long they remain a member. |

| When can I check to see what I made? |
| The RevShare program monitors sales in real-time. You
can check to see what VirtuClicks has made you 24 hrs a
day, 7 days a week. |

| When do I get paid? |
| IBill will issue a check Bi-weekly for the previous
2 week's traffic. RevSharer Payout Date: RevSharers are
paid by ibill twice per month on the 8th and the 22nd of
each month. Each payout date covers the 2-week billing period
that ended approximately 3 weeks prior. This means that
the payout of the 8th is for all transactions that took
place from the 1st through the 15th of the previous month
and the payout of the 22nd is for all transactions that
took place from the 16th through the end of the previous
month. |

| How do you send my earnings to me? |
| All payments are mailed via First Class US Mail. |
| |
| Can I cancel at any time? Will you pay
me if I cancel? |
| Yes, you may cancel at any time and you'll be paid what
you're owed in full. |

| How are Virtubucks banners tracked? |
| We do not track the nubmer of banners you run but IBills
program monitors how many people actually visit the link.
The more people that click on the banners and links the
more money that you make. |

| How do I make more then 60% of each sale? |
| A good sign-up ratio is essential to getting a pay raise.
We will review any site by request to determine if a pay
rate increase is in order. If you have other questions about
the pay structure, visit our contact page
and direct your question to the webmaster. |

| Are my hits calculated? |
| YES IBill's Revshare system counts all hits from you to
our sites. Unlike other programs the amount of sign-ups
you send is not as important as getting traffic! We DO NOT
kick people from our program because of a low conversion
rate, but it is in your best interest to send the best traffic
you can. You are in no way penalized if there are no signups. |

| How will I know that VirtuClicks
account statistics are correct? |
| IBill's accounting is rarely incorrect; however,
if you feel there is a discrepancy, let us know. Remember
we rely on Ibill for Virtuclicks stats and for payments
too. If you feel there is a problem we will investigate
it thoroughly.

| Can I use more than one banner, or have
banners on more than one page? |
| Yes. As long as each banner's html code contains the same
Account information, you may use as many different banner
designs, and place them on as many of your pages as you
desire. Variation and replication may well increase your
click through traffic. |

| How many ads can I place for you? |
| Place the banner(s) in as many locations as you wish.
You are not paid specifically by the banner, but rather
by the number of member who join the site. Note: Be sure
that all your code is correct we will not be responsible
for code errors. |

| My account isn't registering any hit's,
what's going on? |
| Make sure the code you are using for the banner is correct.
To get credit be sure to include your correct account number
in the code provided. Note: Be sure that all your code is
correct we will not be responsible for code errors. |

| Can I use a different banner? |
| Yes. Take a look at our Banner's .
If none of these work for you, you are welcome to submit
any banner you design for our approval. Please send all
requests, with the banner attached, to us via E-Mail.

| Are there any restrictions on what kind
of page I may link from? |
| VirtuClicks does not allow its banners to be flown
on pages with illegal sites. This includes, but is not limited
to, pages that contain, warez, child porn, passwords, serial
numbers, or hacker sites. If a site is discovered to be
illegal, the account will be terminated, and checks will
not be issued.

| Where can't I run VirtuClicks banners? |
| Anywhere on your web site(s) is fine. DO NOT post to newsgroups
or chatrooms. Any complaints from newsgroups, chatrooms
or ISP's regarding spamming will result in your account
being terminated. Bulk emailing (aka: spamming) is also
prohibited. CHEATERS WILL NOT BE PAID SO DON'T SAY WE DIDN'T
WARN YOU!
